About this role

Freeform seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop custom electronics for advanced metal 3D printing factory systems. You'll lead PCB and compute system design projects from conception through manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex hardware challenges.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and test reliable electronics and PCBs
  • Model and simulate circuit designs for performance analysis
  • Drive component selection, schematic capture, and prototyping
  • Perform hands-on debugging using lab equipment and custom instrumentation
  • Manage electrical systems across full lifecycle from architecture through manufacturing
  • Collaborate with mechanical and other engineering disciplines on integrated systems
