Software Engineer (Full Stack Enterprise)

Join Freeform to build the core enterprise platform powering AI-native manufacturing systems. You'll design scalable full-stack solutions that integrate business processes from sales through production, handling millions of parts across global operations while working with cross-functional engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain enterprise software platform integrating sales, manufacturing, and business processes
• Develop applications tracking end-to-end part lifecycle for millions of components across thousands of customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into code
• Create highly scalable and resilient systems meeting strict quality, reliability, and security standards
• Ensure backend data model accessibility and integrity for business intelligence users
• Design intuitive user interfaces prioritizing functionality and system usability

• Full stack development (Python, Go, or similar languages)
• Backend frameworks (Flask, Django, or equivalent)
• Frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
• SQL and non-relational database design
• Enterprise software systems (ERP, MRP, MES)
• AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments
