Seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to serve as the primary expert for Azure infrastructure, managing monitoring, incident response, and proactive improvements. This on-call role combines operational excellence with engineering problem-solving to ensure reliable service delivery and prevent outages.

What you'll do

  • Monitor Azure environment availability and maintain SLA compliance through incident response and triage
  • Design and implement durable solutions to systematically address identified problems and preventive maintenance gaps
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to production issues with speed and precision
  • Identify root causes of failed processes and coordinate cross-team efforts to surface risks before they escalate
  • Plan work with accurate scoping, risk assessment, and reliable estimation
  • Conduct troubleshooting and drive process improvements to strengthen infrastructure reliability
