Solutions Engineer

FurtherAI, a well-funded AI startup transforming insurance, seeks a Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-powered insurance solutions for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with leading insurance providers to optimize product integrations, experiment with advanced agentic workflows, and bridge AI innovation with customer needs.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize AI agent-based insurance solutions for enterprise clients
• Partner with major insurance companies to understand business needs and customize product implementations
• Evaluate and experiment with new agentic workflows, orchestration systems, and LLM-enabled solutions
• Work with engineering and product teams to influence roadmap and deliver critical features
• Build and document best practices and solution templates for scalable deployment
• Serve as technical expert bridging AI capabilities with insurance domain requirements
