Fullstack Software Engineer (Short Term Assignment) - FuzeRx

About this role

Alto/FuzeRx seeks a full-stack engineer to build scalable pharmacy platforms serving patients and healthcare partners. This short-term contract (up to 6 months) involves developing internal and external applications using Rails, optimizing system performance, and integrating AI capabilities into existing solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications for internal and external customers
• Write clean, maintainable code in Ruby on Rails and modern programming languages
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities to improve automation and prediction
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in high-volume, high-performance systems
• Ensure application security, availability, and implement monitoring/alerting solutions
