Graduate Software Engineer - Fuze Services

About this role

Fuze Health seeks a Graduate Software Engineer to join their remote US team in a foundational role focused on log and data analysis, issue troubleshooting, and feature development. You'll work across product engineering and cloud environments, collaborating with QA, Operations, and Engineering teams to identify and resolve critical issues in a healthcare technology setting.

What you'll do

• Analyze application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns and errors
• Triage bugs and support tickets, providing initial findings and relevant information to engineering teams
• Contribute to bug fixes and development of new product features
• Facilitate communication between QA, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Document issues, findings, and resolutions in knowledge management systems
• Write and maintain automated tests for code
