Mission Operations Engineer
About this role
Gallatin seeks a Field Engineer to deploy and integrate Navigator, an AI-driven defense logistics platform, with strategic government customers. You'll own the technical customer relationship, manage end-to-end data integrations, and ensure successful adoption across complex legacy systems while working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
What you'll do
- Execute data integrations connecting customer logistics systems to Navigator platform
- Partner with customer engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and API designs
- Develop playbooks, tooling, and documentation for customer onboarding and scaling
- Debug technical issues, own escalations, and coordinate with internal engineering teams
- Serve as technical owner of customer experience from deployment through operational use
- Travel to customer sites for onboarding, reviews, and industry events (up to 50%)
