MLOps Engineer - MoneyLion

About this role

Gen is seeking an MLOps Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design and operate machine learning infrastructure that enables data scientists to move models from experimentation to production at scale. You'll build ML platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems while collaborating across data science, engineering, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain ML infrastructure supporting the full model lifecycle from data preparation through retraining
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, validation, and safe deployment strategies for ML models
• Implement model deployment patterns (batch, real-time, streaming) with focus on scalability and low-latency performance
• Build monitoring and observability systems for data drift, model performance, and system health with alerting protocols
• Partner with data scientists to productize models including feature pipelines and environment standardization
• Drive MLOps best practices including versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, and security/compliance
