Princ Sailpoint Engineer

About this role

Gen seeks an experienced Principal SailPoint Engineer to support their Business Applications team in identity and access management. The role involves designing and implementing SailPoint Identity IQ solutions, managing integrations across multiple enterprise systems, and ensuring secure user lifecycle management and compliance.

What you'll do

• Design and implement SailPoint Identity IQ configurations on Windows, including LCM workflows for joiner/mover/leaver processes
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, PAM, AWS, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain QARs for SOX/PCI audit compliance using lifecycle and compliance manager modules
• Program customizations and rules using Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or BeanShell within SailPoint
• Execute user access certifications, RBAC role implementations, and bulk request support
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams on application onboarding and rollout activities
