Software Engineering Intern

About this role

GenBio AI is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to contribute to building multiscale foundation models for biological simulation and drug discovery. You'll work with a talented team of researchers and engineers developing AIDO, a framework for predicting and simulating biology at all scales, starting with virtual cell modeling.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize software components for biological simulation models
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on multiscale foundation model implementation
• Contribute to the AIDO framework for biological prediction and programming
• Write and maintain high-quality code within a strong engineering culture
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects spanning AI and computational biology
