The role bridges prototype development and scalable production of high-precision components in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis mills, CNC lathes, and Swiss-type lathes with live tooling
• Translate engineering drawings and GD&T specifications into robust manufacturing processes
• Select appropriate tooling, workholding strategies, and cutting parameters for precision machining
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling performance, and manufacturing repeatability
• Ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing standards and quality requirements
• Support transition from prototype development to scalable production
