General Matter is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to enhance the synergy between engineering and manufacturing operations. This role focuses on the deployment and optimization of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to streamline production processes.

• Oversee deployment and configuration of the MES in manufacturing operations
• Serve as liaison between engineering and manufacturing teams
• Translate design specifications into manufacturable workflows
• Identify manufacturing issues and ensure documentation accuracy
• Manage production visibility dashboards and demand planning
• Engage on the production floor for hands-on system optimization
