Junior Software Engineer

Geneva Trading seeks a Junior Software Engineer with systems-programming expertise to develop high-performance trading infrastructure in Chicago. You'll collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to build low-latency systems, leveraging deep knowledge of operating systems and network architecture to optimize proprietary trading strategies.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to translate strategies into production-ready code
• Develop and optimize trading systems with focus on performance and reliability
• Work on low-level architecture and kernel-level optimizations for trading infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to ensure fastest execution in competitive markets
• Contribute to proprietary trading platform development
