Data Operations Developer

About this role

Geotab seeks a Data Operations Developer to design and build scalable, automated data pipelines that move insights from conception to production quickly. You'll optimize ETL/ELT processes, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders across diverse projects.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) with focus on data quality and governance
• Implement project tasks and manage day-to-day operational activities
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and expectations
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and internal business application teams
• Develop scalable and reusable data solutions that minimize time from insight to production
• Work on projects with varying scope and complexity across multiple business areas
