GTM Automation Engineer, Outbound Marketing

About this role

Build and optimize Wing's large-scale outbound automation engine as a GTM Automation Engineer. You'll architect Clay workflows, manage email infrastructure across hundreds of domains, run high-velocity experiments, and write conversion-focused copy to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SMBs and mid-market companies.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain advanced Clay workflows for lead scraping, enrichment, verification, and personalization at scale
• Set up and manage email domain infrastructure including DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and email verification systems
• Build and optimize multi-tool integrations across Apollo, Instantly, and other platforms to automate data pipelines
• Run weekly outbound experiments testing copy, subject lines, offers, and personas while tracking performance metrics
• Write clean, conversion-focused outbound email sequences and messaging frameworks using Clay's personalization features
• Write Python/JavaScript scripts for data integration, transformation, and automation of manual processes
