GTM Automation Engineer, Outbound Marketing

About this role

Wing seeks a GTM Automation Engineer to design and scale an outbound email engine reaching hundreds of thousands of SMB and mid-market leads. You'll own Clay workflows, email infrastructure, experimentation, and copywriting—blending automation engineering with growth execution to drive pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain advanced Clay workflows for lead scraping, enrichment, verification, scoring, and personalization
• Set up and manage multi-domain email infrastructure including DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and deliverability monitoring
• Design and run weekly outbound experiments testing copy, subject lines, and personas with full funnel tracking
• Write conversion-focused outbound email sequences with dynamic personalization
• Develop data pipelines and scripts (Python/JavaScript) to integrate tools, clean data, and automate manual processes
• Scale sending volume from 5k to 250k+ emails monthly while maintaining metrics dashboards and system performance
