GTM Automation Engineer, Outbound Marketing

About this role

Wing is seeking a GTM Automation Engineer to design and scale an outbound email engine that reaches hundreds of thousands of SMBs and mid-market prospects. You'll own the full automation stack—from Clay workflows and email infrastructure to copywriting and experimentation—with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain advanced Clay workflows for lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and personalization at scale
• Set up and manage email domain infrastructure including DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, warming, and deliverability across thousands of domains
• Run weekly experiments testing copy variations, subject lines, and messaging to improve reply and meeting conversion rates
• Write conversion-focused outbound email sequences with dynamic personalization using Clay's AI capabilities
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards tracking metrics from opens through meetings and revenue
• Script integrations between tools (Python/JavaScript) and troubleshoot multi-tool workflows
