Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Giga is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and Fortune 500 customers, building and deploying AI-powered agents for enterprise customer experience. You'll own the full agent development lifecycle from discovery through production monitoring, while collaborating with product teams to strengthen the platform.

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery calls and demos with customers, serving as primary technical point of contact
• Build, prototype, and maintain sophisticated AI agents for customer deployments
• Own full agent lifecycle including CI/CD setup, live monitoring, debugging, and iteration
• Communicate customer feedback to product and platform teams to drive feature development
• Contribute code directly to the platform codebase and document best practices
• Participate in customer calls to support deployments and troubleshoot issues
