Forward Deployed Engineer I/II

About this role

Giga is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and enterprise customers, building and deploying AI agent solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle of agent development while gathering customer feedback to improve the platform for all users.

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and customer engagement from initial contact through deployment
• Build, prototype, and maintain production AI agents with monitoring and iteration
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, debug live issues, and document best practices
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Capture unmet customer needs and prototype new features for the product team
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to strengthen the platform based on real-world usage
