About this role
GitLab is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to help customers achieve measurable value from the platform after purchase. You'll deliver technical guidance, enablement workshops, and best practices across DevSecOps workflows in a pooled support model, partnering with sales and success teams to drive customer adoption and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Provide technical consultation via Zoom and email during post-sales customer journey, offering product and best-practice guidance
- Deliver enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements in a pooled support model
- Partner with Customer Success Managers on GitLab use case implementation (CI/CD, DevSecOps, source code management, Agile Planning)
- Develop reusable workshops, demos, and educational content collaboratively across teams
- Build specialty competency in one or more technologies through training, certification, and working examples
- Contribute to customer-facing learning resources including documentation, video content, and enablement programs
