About this role

Join Glean as a founding forward deployed engineer to build next-generation AI product surfaces directly with enterprise C-suite customers. You'll operate with founder-level autonomy discovering and shipping entirely new products that solve critical business problems, with your innovations deployed across Glean's global customer base.

What you'll do

  • Conduct deep opportunity discovery with strategic customers to identify unsolved business problems
  • Design and build new product surfaces from 0-to-1 with minimal predefined constraints
  • Partner with forward deployed PMs and engineering teams on product innovation
  • Ship new features and products to Glean's entire customer base
  • Pressure-test hypotheses directly with C-suite executives at major enterprises
  • Own the full lifecycle from discovery through validation and deployment
