Public Sector Solutions Engineer, SLED

Glean seeks a Public Sector Solutions Engineer to work with state, local government, and education customers, demonstrating how AI-powered search and workflow automation deliver organizational value. You'll guide technical solutions from discovery through deployment, managing complex deals and building stakeholder relationships in the SLED market.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives on multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving C-level executives
• Conduct technical discovery calls and lead security conversations with public sector customers
• Create and demo custom environments tailored to customer industry and business needs
• Manage and run technical proof-of-concept cycles
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in state, local, and education sectors
• Provide product expertise to guide tailored technical solutions
