Software Engineer, Insights

About this role

Join Glean's Insights team to build the data infrastructure powering consumption-based billing, product analytics, and user targeting for an enterprise Work AI platform. You'll own end-to-end systems—from data pipelines and backend services to customer-facing dashboards—that make AI product value visible, measurable, and trustworthy across the organization.

What you'll do

• Design and implement reliable data pipelines aggregating deployment logs into user, team, department, and agent-level metrics
• Build backend APIs and services connecting product logs, data warehouses, and Insights UI with high correctness and low latency
• Extend natural language query capabilities for the Insights warehouse enabling admins to ask questions and get explainable answers
• Develop user targeting platform for marketing and growth campaigns
• Ensure metric accuracy and auditability across internal and external stakeholder views
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams
