GTM Operations Engineer

About this role

GoFundMe seeks a GTM Operations Engineer to architect and automate the systems powering their go-to-market engine. You'll design data infrastructure, build lifecycle automation, and apply AI to eliminate manual processes across sales, marketing, and customer success—transforming inconsistent processes into scalable, signal-driven systems.

What you'll do

• Define data quality standards and design lead/account scoring models across the full GTM stack
• Build lifecycle automation covering the revenue funnel with clear handoff logic between teams
• Identify and automate high-friction manual processes in Sales Ops, Post-Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Commissions
• Develop data enrichment strategy, evaluate tools, and build multi-source waterfall logic for account intelligence
• Create agentic workflows and AI-assisted automation for account research, ICP qualification, and ABM triggers
• Write Python and SQL to automate workflows, build API integrations, and maintain system documentation
