Solutions Engineer

About this role

GoGuardian is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical expert bridging sales and customer success for their K-12 learning platform. You'll guide clients through product discovery, implementation, and troubleshooting while supporting pre- and post-sales teams with deep product knowledge and strategic recommendations.

What you'll do

• Master GoGuardian's products, capabilities, and technical limitations
• Conduct discovery calls to assess customer technical environments and deployment strategies
• Support sales teams by addressing technical questions and enhancing presentations
• Help customers with onboarding, implementation, integration, and customization
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for client needs
• Create detailed documentation and ensure alignment across internal and client teams

• IT and network administration (Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy)
• Technical consulting or solution architecture
