What you'll do

  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
  • Write and fix Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments (e.g., Helm charts).
  • Develop workarounds and write Go code to fix bugs and implement features.
  • Gather requirements and advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams.
  • Address issues related to networking, performance, security, and integrations.
  • Meet regularly with customers to understand their pain points.
