Service Now Developer

About this role

Gotion Inc. is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, primarily supporting ITSM processes with exposure to Strategic Portfolio Management, CMDB governance, Contract Management, HR Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery. The role involves hands-on configuration, integration development, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration at their Manteno, Illinois facility.

What you'll do

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications to support ITSM workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors
• Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies
• Administer multiple ServiceNow instances including access control, automation, data integrity, and upgrades
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Create technical documentation and stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends
