Software Engineer, Deployment

About this role

GovWell seeks a Software Engineer, Deployment to build scalable systems that accelerate enterprise customer launches from 18 months to under 3 months. You'll design deployment frameworks, reduce implementation complexity, and create reusable tooling that enables GovWell to scale while maintaining predictability and speed.

What you'll do

• Design and implement repeatable deployment frameworks for standardized enterprise launches
• Partner with customer-facing teams to convert one-off solutions into reusable systems
• Reduce time from contract to production go-live through automation and workflow improvements
• Productize common enterprise requirements into configurable systems
• Define deployment standards and best practices to improve safety and predictability
• Build internal tooling to reduce manual effort and operational overhead
