About this role

Gradial is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build autonomous agent systems that automate content operations for marketers and creatives. You'll design and deploy AI agents that interact with browsers, APIs, and codebases while developing frameworks for continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do

  • Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows for complex content operations across multiple environments
  • Evaluate model behavior in production and implement reinforcement learning approaches for agent systems
  • Design modular frameworks for tools, memory, and evaluators to enable agent learning and iteration
  • Develop data pipelines to collect and annotate real-world usage data for model training
  • Build proprietary agent libraries, prompting strategies, and benchmarking frameworks
  • Partner with customers to understand edge cases and align AI behaviors with user needs

  • Software engineering (4+ years experience)
  • LLM APIs and tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic)
