Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Gradial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead enterprise implementations of its AI-powered content operations platform in Seattle. You'll work directly with major brands to translate complex workflows into scalable generative AI solutions, owning full-stack development from discovery through post-launch optimization.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers, converting business processes into AI-native solutions
• Build and deploy features integrating customer systems with Gradial's LLM platform
• Develop reusable tools, adapters and configuration layers for scalable enterprise onboarding
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders across marketing, operations and engineering to define requirements and iterate
• Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the product roadmap
• Own performance, reliability and maintainability of deployed solutions end-to-end

• TypeScript or similar programming languages
• Systems integration and API development
• Technical implementation and customer-facing delivery
• Rapid learning of unfamiliar technical ecosystems (CMS, DAM, workflow tools)
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• LLMs and generative AI pipelines (preferred)
• High ownership and independent problem-solving
• Enterprise customer experience (preferred)
