About this role
Grafana Labs seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to join their growing Commercial SE team, serving as a technical expert who bridges customers and the sales organization. You'll deliver technical presentations, enable customer success, and provide critical feedback to product teams while supporting high-velocity deal closures.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to prospective and existing customers
- Lead technical customer engagements and competitive evaluations to help close opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers at various stages of their journey
- Communicate customer feedback and competitive intelligence back to product and engineering teams
- Create enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and market insights
What they're looking for
- 5+ years technical pre-sales experience
- Open source technologies knowledge
- Metrics/monitoring and observability platform expertise
- Written and verbal communication skills
