Revenue Intelligence Engineer

About this role

Greenhouse seeks a Revenue Intelligence Engineer to design and build internal web applications and automation tools that drive productivity across revenue teams. You'll translate business requirements into deployed software using modern tech stacks, work directly with GTM stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to solve real operational challenges.

What you'll do

• Design and develop product features for internal web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel
• Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations between Salesforce, Gong, and other revenue tools
• Partner with SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate business pain points into engineering solutions
• Evaluate and operationalize LLM prompts and AI frameworks to enhance data validity and actionability
• Document technical architecture decisions and create operational playbooks for team maintenance
• Coordinate with data engineering, security, and enterprise apps teams on infrastructure alignment

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in Revenue Engineering or technical Revenue Operations
• AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor)
• Modern web development (Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, React)
• Salesforce development and integration
• Backend-as-a-service platforms (Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel)
• API integration experience with Gong and/or Outreach
• Strong communication and presentation skills to non-technical stakeholders
• B2B SaaS experience
