Join Grid's engineering team to build and scale PayBoost, an AI-powered tax optimization product serving millions of Americans. You'll work on mission-critical systems including AI architecture updates, service migration, data modeling, and reliability improvements while collaborating closely with business and core services teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable features for the PayBoost tax optimization product
• Collaborate with business operations and core services teams to deliver reliable, production-grade systems
• Update AI architecture and potentially migrate services from the monolith
• Maintain 99.99% reliability and uptime for mission-critical systems
• Enhance monitoring and visibility into core components
• Improve data models and optimize system performance
