GTI is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen their ISO 9001 Quality Management System and improve manufacturing processes. This role will involve data analysis, risk assessments (PFMEA), and leading Root Cause Corrective Actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Analyze production processes and improve quality using data
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
- Conduct risk assessments (PFMEA, Control Plans)
- Develop Quality Plans and control strategies
- Support internal audits and nonconformance investigations
