About this role
GuidePoint Security seeks an Innovation Engineer to design, build, and secure generative AI solutions on AWS for enterprise use. You'll collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to deploy scalable AI implementations while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
What you'll do
- Design and implement secure, scalable generative AI solutions using AWS services like Bedrock, SageMaker, and Q Business
- Build secure data connectors and ingestion pipelines for enterprise AI services to access internal knowledge bases and repositories
- Provide guidance to internal teams on AI best practices and support custom application development using SaaS AI tools
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Information Security to define security controls, conduct reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational procedures for deployed AI services with focus on performance and cost optimization
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and develop educational materials on safe AI usage
What they're looking for
- AWS cloud engineering and solutions architecture (5+ years)
- AWS AI services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Transcribe, Rekognition, Q Business
- AWS security services: IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail, Guardrails
- Python or similar programming language
- Generative AI and LLM concepts, prompt engineering, AI/ML fundamentals
- Data integration and pipeline design
- AI security: prompt injection prevention, data poisoning, threat modeling
- Technical communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
