Network Security Engineer (Zscaler) - Mid-Atlantic region (Remote - EST preferred)

About this role

GuidePoint Security seeks an experienced Network Security Engineer to implement and manage enterprise security solutions, with a focus on Zscaler SASE technologies and firewall platforms. You'll work autonomously across the full project lifecycle from pre-sales consulting through deployment, serving Fortune 500 companies and government agencies in a remote role.

What you'll do

• Deploy and manage Zscaler SASE technologies alongside firewall platforms from Palo Alto, Fortigate, Check Point, or Cisco
• Provide network security implementation and consulting services across multiple customer environments
• Create technical documentation including network diagrams, as-builts, implementation guides, and security recommendations
• Lead network security projects and serve as trusted advisor in customer engagements
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive better business outcomes
• Author security runbooks, policies, and best practice documentation

• Zscaler (ZDTA/ZDTE certification required)
