About this role

H1 seeks a full-stack engineer to develop consumer-facing healthcare data applications, including the H1 Trial Landscape platform. You'll work across React frontends, Node.js backends, and data infrastructure to deliver high-quality tools that enable doctors and researchers to access critical medical insights.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain React-based client applications using modern frameworks like Next.js and TanStack Start
  • Build and support APIs and GraphQL services powering H1's healthcare data platform
  • Design and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Kafka
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable healthcare data applications
  • Contribute to technical strategy and product engineering decisions
