About this role
H3X seeks a Stator Manufacturing Engineer to oversee production of advanced electric motor stators across multiple product lines. You'll collaborate with design teams to establish manufacturing processes, develop tooling solutions, and scale production to meet demand for next-generation propulsion systems.
What you'll do
- Manage stator assembly production across multiple product lines
- Design manufacturing tools and fixtures using SolidWorks
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective solutions
- Conduct design reviews (PDRs/CDRs) and commission new production processes
- Create production documentation and coordinate with assembly technicians
- Source hardware and maintain production equipment as needed
