About this role
Habitat Health is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to build the technology foundation and initial AI-powered tools for their expanding PACE program. This founding role requires designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automations to improve productivity and quality across various teams. You will own the entire lifecycle of these tools, working closely with leadership and functional owners to identify impactful opportunities and drive adoption.
