What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across web applications, APIs, ATS integrations, and developer tools
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes
  • Guide customers through SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM integration setup with identity providers like Okta
  • Communicate clearly with customers via support tickets and live video sessions
  • Investigate platform reliability issues and work to reduce customer friction
  • Build automation scripts and tools to standardize troubleshooting processes

  • Full-stack web application debugging and developer tools proficiency
  • SQL and REST API expertise
  • API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, cURL)
  • Python or Ruby for automation and scripting
  • IDE experience (VS Code, IntelliJ, PyCharm)
  • SSO/SAML/OIDC and SCIM integration knowledge
  • AWS or GCP cloud platform familiarity
  • Observability tools like New Relic
