Web Experience Engineer, Framer

About this role

HackerRank seeks a skilled design engineer to own their Framer-based web presence, bridging design and development to create high-impact marketing experiences. You'll build and maintain a component library, manage CMS integrations, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver performant, visually ambitious web pages.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the Framer component library with custom coded components balancing motion, interaction, performance, and scalability
• Manage CMS database and third-party tool integrations within Framer
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to build production-ready marketing pages
• Optimize page performance for international users across devices and connection speeds
• Rapidly prototype concepts and move from design files to live site using Framer and Figma MCPs
• Ensure all custom code meets security and performance standards
