About this role
Hadrian seeks a CAM Programmer for execution in Mesa, Arizona to diagnose and resolve manufacturing failures across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection processes. What you'll do
- Perform root cause analysis on CNC program failures, machine setups, and inspection workflows using CMM data and GD&T validation
- Refine tool paths and cutting parameters based on real-world machine behavior and material response feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CAM, Quality, CMM, Applications, and Automation teams to develop production solutions
- Identify and eliminate systemic manufacturing weaknesses to increase process robustness and standardization
- Bridge CAM programming intent with shop-floor execution through continuous process refinement
- Troubleshoot fixture designs, machine processes, and operator workflows
