Fullstack Software Engineer, New Grad

About this role

Hadrian seeks a recent graduate fullstack software engineer to build the software systems powering autonomous manufacturing factories for aerospace and defense. You'll develop production-grade applications spanning frontend dashboards, backend APIs, and data pipelines that directly enable factory operations at scale.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack features across internal tools, dashboards, and customer-facing applications
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and data pipelines for engineering and operations teams
• Design UI components providing real-time visibility into production workflows and capacity
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to shape the product roadmap
• Write clean, tested code and participate in architectural discussions
• Work alongside AI engineers, operators, and manufacturing specialists

• TypeScript or JavaScript
• React or modern frontend frameworks
• Python, Go, or backend languages
• REST API design and development
• Problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Written and verbal communication
• Version control and code review practices
• CAD/manufacturing knowledge (preferred)
