About this role

Hadrian seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced DFM (Design for Manufacturing) software that automates aerospace and defense manufacturing processes. You'll build and deploy deep learning models for document understanding and computer vision to accelerate precision manufacturing in an innovative, fast-growing company.

What you'll do

  • Research, develop, and deploy deep learning models including OCR, vision-language, and detection systems for manufacturing applications
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and operators to refine models and identify high-impact automation opportunities
  • Build end-to-end ML systems covering data pipelines, training, inference, labeling, and evaluation infrastructure
  • Integrate open-source solutions with novel research to create production-grade vision systems
  • Work across the complete machine learning lifecycle from conception to deployment
