About this role
Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive factory development and scaling across autonomous manufacturing capabilities. You'll lead high-impact projects from conception through deployment, solve complex operational challenges through root cause analysis, and implement new processes and assets to accelerate production.
What you'll do
- Own critical projects end-to-end, tackling complex operational and technical challenges with systematic solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable, lasting fixes rather than temporary patches
- Identify and lead systematic improvements across factory operations to boost efficiency
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and assets to increase production capacity
- Oversee process redesigns and introduction of new capabilities to support rapid scaling
- Travel up to 35% to support factory development initiatives
