Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance

About this role

Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance to develop and optimize preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance strategies for autonomous manufacturing equipment at their expanding Mesa facility. You'll drive machine reliability and uptime across factory operations while managing CMMS systems, supporting technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems
• Manage CMMS workflows, scheduling, and data integrity; create dashboards to monitor maintenance KPIs
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to maintenance technicians and factory teams
• Standardize maintenance procedures, checklists, and documentation across operations
• Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities including lockout/tagout procedures
