About this role
Hadrian is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and enhance custom machinery and automation systems for their innovative manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD skills and experience in fabrication and testing, collaborating with various engineering and operations teams.
What you'll do
- Design mechanical systems and robotic tooling using 3D CAD software
- Create manufacturing drawings and engineering documentation
- Support fabrication and testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes
- Participate in design reviews and troubleshooting efforts
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years in mechanical design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of machining, welding, and fabrication processes
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with GD&T principles
