About this role

Hadrian seeks a Quality Engineer to support production scaling at an autonomous aerospace manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. You'll ensure compliance with customer requirements, manage new product introductions, and drive the transition from low-rate to high-volume manufacturing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

  • Verify adherence to quality documentation and customer compliance requirements
  • Translate customer specifications into shop floor work instructions and inspection criteria
  • Lead quality planning during new product introduction including control plans and first article inspection
  • Investigate and resolve production defects, identifying root causes to improve yield rates
  • Support facility scaling from low-rate to high-volume production with process improvements
  • Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions in compliance with aerospace standards
