Supplier Quality Engineer (AZ)

About this role

Hadrian seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to build and operate quality assurance programs for its advanced manufacturing operations in Mesa, AZ. You'll manage supplier documentation reviews, conduct audits, oversee corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier network to ensure high-performance aerospace and defense components scale reliably.

What you'll do

• Define and implement processes for reviewing supplier quality documentation including E-Certs, FAIRs, material certifications, and inspection reports
• Conduct virtual and in-person supplier audits to assess capability and compliance with AS9100/NADCAP standards
• Lead supplier corrective action processes including root cause investigations and quality escape resolution
• Manage the Approved Supplier List, monitoring approval status and performance metrics
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers through capability assessments and qualification audits
• Analyze supplier quality and delivery performance to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives

• AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems experience
• PPAP and supplier qualification processes
• Machining processes understanding
• Statistical quality tools and Six Sigma familiarity
