Supplier Quality Engineer (LA)

About this role

Hadrian seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to establish and manage quality processes for aerospace and defense manufacturing suppliers. You'll oversee supplier audits, documentation reviews, corrective actions, and performance monitoring to ensure reliable part delivery at scale for advanced automated manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Define and implement supplier quality documentation review processes for approvals prior to shipment
• Conduct supplier audits (virtual and in-person) to verify compliance with AS9100/NADCAP and customer standards
• Lead supplier corrective action processes and root cause investigations for quality issues
• Manage the Approved Supplier List, monitoring approval status and performance metrics
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers through capability assessments and qualification audits
• Analyze supplier performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• GD&T and machining process knowledge
• Quality documentation review (FAIRs, E-Certs, material certifications)
• Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• PPAP and supplier qualification processes
• Statistical quality tools or Six Sigma methodologies
• Digital workflow and quality tool development
